What Makes Us Different?

Innovation

Unmatched Performance and Efficiency: Our GreaseShield units offer unparalleled performance, energy efficiency, and cost savings compared to traditional grease trap systems. With innovative features such as real-time operation, waste thermal energy utilization to enhance the removal of FOGs and saturated fats before they have a chance to solidify,

GreaseShield offers many environmental benefits:

  • Protects the drainage network, ensuring drain lines flow freely from FOG.
  • Eco-friendly, as GreaseShield uses the least amount of energy in its class.
  • Eliminates fire risk with no heating element.
  • Prevents environmental pollution from fats, oils, and grease.
  • Complies with local water company requirements, averting prosecution.
  • Reduces carbon footprint by harvesting food waste and a source of renewable energy in the form of fats oils and grease.

Certifications

Our products are globally certified to all known and recognised North American, European, and Japanese grease trap / interceptor standards, affirming their compliance with stringent standards and regulations across diverse regions and markets.

We have the only grease trap / interceptor in the world to be Green Eco certified by Green Tag Global.

Testimonial

The Global GreenTag Certified EPAS Greaseshield is a truly unique oil and fats recovery system that replaces conventional grease traps and has been shown by our detailed life cycle analysis (LCA) to have multiple life cycle benefits and parallel demonstrated cost savings. It avoids the regular vacuum truck extraction costs and instead replaces them with a potential income from sale of the grease, or at least low to zero cost recycling pickups. On top of that it takes heavy fats and oils out of the waste stream and recovers the resource, great low carbon climate and circular economy outcomes and great for the environment overall. There are none of the usual engineering impediments or major construction costs as they are typically a floor top installation. Why be limited by old practices?
